Itinerary

Day 1: Amman Airport – Amman

At the time of the Arrival, You will meet our representatives at the Airport to help with the visa formalities. Transfer to hotel in Amman. Overnight at hotel in Amman

Day 2: City Tour of Amman – Desert Castles – Amman

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to explore the capital on one of the well-known cities for thousands of years ago, which was called Rabbat Ammoun, Here you will visit the Citadel, the Roman ruins, and the Roman theatre in the most active center of the city, King Abdullah Mosque (outside visit), Bazaar & craft shopsThen, you will have free time to walk in the city or visit the Souq.

Then, drive to visit the Desert Castles. They stand as silent and impressive evidence of Jordan’s rich history. Today you shall see three of the best-preserved desert castles. Qasr al-Kharaneh is the largest and most richly decorated Ummayyad castle in Jordan. It’s a large, square fortress, surrounded by walls with circular towers on every side. Qusayr Amra Its interior walls and ceilings are covered with lively frescoes and two of its rooms are paved with colorful mosaics. Qasr al-Azraq is built in black basalt.

Back to your hotel in Amman for overnight.

Day 3: Amman – Jerash – Ajlun – Amman

Breakfast at hotel.Drive to visit Jerash the Pompeii of the East You will enter Jerash through the monumental South Gate and find you wandering around in a Roman city. You will walk in the Oval Plaza surrounded by colonnades, visit the Roman theatre and Byzantine churches with mosaic-covered floors. Enjoy a stroll along Jerash’ main ro ad the Cardo and pass by the Nymphaeum.

You may experience the marvellous acoustics of the theatre, the stage of the Jerash music festival which takes place every year. And see for yourself how the Romans built the earthquake-proof columns of the colonnaded streets.

Then drive to the castle of Ajlun is another highlight of northern Jordan. The Qalat er-Rabad, as the Ajlun Castle is locally knwon, was the base of the Arab forces of Saladin, when he defeated the Crusaders in the 12th century.

The Ajlun Mountains are famous for their lush vegetation and thick green forests and a good place for hikes.

Drive back to Amman for overnight at hotel

Day 4: Amman – Madaba – Mt. Nebo – Dead Sea

After Breakfast. Drive to visit Madaba, one of the most spectacular churches around the world; ST. George church where you will find the Mosaic Map of Jerusalem painted on the floor of the church.

Then go up to Mount Nebo, the place where Moses buried. You will be lucky if the sky is clear enough; you will have a wonderful view up from the mountain seeing the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Jericho in the other bank of the Jordan River.

Then, drive to Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth its surface and shore s are 423 meters below sea level. You will have the possibility to swim in Dead Sea where you will experience a rare floating sensation while giving your skin a beauty treats.

 Put yourself to sink into the waves of the sea treat without, have a massage or try out the healing properties of mineral mud on the skin. Overnight at hotel in Dead Sea

Day 5: Dead Sea – Kerak – Petra

After Breakfast. Free morning in Dead Sea.

Then drive to visit Kerak which was the capital of the biblical kingdom of Moab. Perched atop a steep hill, Kerak is a predominantly Christian town dominated by the largest and be preserved of the Crusader castles in the region.

Proceed to Petra for overnight at Hotel

Day 6: Petra (Full day visit)

After Breakfast. Get ready to visit the ancient city of PETRA, The capital of the Nabateans. Here  you will walk through the SIQ, which is a narrow passage with nearly 1 kilometer length , then see the treasury (AL-Khazneh) which is carved  in the red-rose rocks, the n visit  the other parts of the city , the roman theatre, the temples and cemeteries of the Nabateans, Byzantines, and Romans, The Palace , and The Temple of Flying Lions.     Continue visiting the altar and the monastery on the high cliffs of the city. As well you can have the opportunity to visit the Archaeological and Nabatean’s museums of Petra.

Back to your hotel for overnight.

Day 7: Petra– Wadi Rum (02 hours 4×4) – Amman

After Breakfast, Drive to Siq el-Barid (Little Petra) located close to the main site. The visitor can walk through 8,000 year old excavated Stone Age village sat Beidah. This is Petra in miniature with a modest gorge but wonderful rock-cut temples, caves and multi-colored rock faces and, being less-visited, it has an atmosphere all of its own.

Drive to Wadi Rum, the valley of the moon according to Lawrence of Arabia; here you will have the opportunity to experience of the Jeep tour 4×4 for 2 hours to explore the most spectacular sites of the area ending with a cup of tea made by Bedouins as a refreshing after your visit.

Proceed to your hotel in Amman for overnight

Day 8: Amman – Amman Airport

After Breakfast,   You will meet our representatives at the hotel, and then transfer to Amman Airport for departure
